The Practice

A small London practice with a serious diary.

Field & Frame Therapies opened in 2024 in a quiet corner of the City. We are six private-practice qualified practitioners working under one roof, with one shared booking system and a shared standard for how the work is held.

Most of us came together because we had each spent years inside larger institutions and had each got to the same conclusion at roughly the same time. The work itself was good. The infrastructure around it was not. Our clients spent more energy negotiating the booking page, the cancellation policy and the diary than they spent in the room.

Field & Frame is the practice we wished we had been able to refer to. It is six practitioners with overlapping skills and non-overlapping diaries. It is one studio in the City. It is one booking system that does not lose your details, double-book your slot, or ask you to phone during office hours.

We are deliberately small. We do not plan to grow into a chain. The cap on what we can do is set by the number of practitioners who can comfortably share the studio and the diary without losing the quality of attention we want each client to receive. That number, for now, is six.

What we do

Talking sessions, body work, and nutritional therapy. Three departments that often work in close coordination. A client may begin with Amara for talking, move into a body work arc with Catriona or Mei-Lin, and pick up a nutritional review with Yusuf along the way. We talk to each other about the work; with your consent we share notes between practitioners where it serves you.

What we do not do

We are not an NHS service and we are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress we will help you find the right place, but it will not be us. We are not a coaching practice. We are not a wellness brand. We do not sell supplements, run retreats, or do corporate wellbeing days.

The studio

Twelve Bartholomew Lane. A narrow Georgian door in the lane behind the Bank of England, with three quiet rooms on the upper two floors, a small library on the ground floor where you can wait, and a kettle that is always on. We open Monday to Saturday, by appointment only.
