Twelve Bartholomew Lane.
A narrow Georgian door in the lane behind the Bank of England. Three quiet rooms upstairs. A small library on the ground floor with a kettle.
The studio is in one of the quieter lanes of the City, a one-minute walk from Bank station and the same again from Monument. The Georgian door is unmarked except for a small brass plate at eye height that reads Field & Frame. Ring the bell or push the door; either works.
The ground floor is the library: two armchairs, three walls of slowly accumulating books, a brass kettle. If you arrive early you are welcome to sit there. There is no receptionist. Your practitioner will come down for you at the time of your session.
The upper two floors each have a soft-furnished consulting room. The body-work room has a wide treatment couch and a low chair; the talking rooms have two armchairs and a small table.
Getting here
Bank or Monument tube stations are both a one-minute walk. The Royal Exchange is the closest landmark. There is no car park; we recommend you do not drive into the City for an appointment. Cycle racks are on Threadneedle Street, sixty seconds from the door.
Accessibility
The studio is in a listed Georgian building and unfortunately is not step-free. There are nine steps up to the ground-floor library and a further flight to each consulting room. We have a lift-accessible partner space ten minutes’ walk away in Moorgate that we can book by request; please let us know when you book if you would like us to.
