About this session
A longer integrated session for clients who have done a course of talking work and want to bring the body more directly into the room, or who have begun with body work and want a structured space to put words to what is shifting. The session is led by Catriona or Mei-Lin in close coordination with one of our talking counsellors. Booked through Catriona or Mei-Lin’s diary.
