A long first session. Yusuf takes a thorough food, sleep, work and life history; discusses what you want to be different in six months; and lays out a plan that is realistic against your actual week.
Written notes follow within two working days. Suitable for IBS, reflux, stress-eating, post-menopausal weight changes, the late-stage of an under-eating habit, and the slow recovery of a healthy relationship with food.
